My background
I spent 18 years owning and operating a boutique retail business, managing the day-to-day realities of running a small operation - scheduling, hiring and HR coordination, purchasing, vendor relationships, documentation, finances, customer service, and constant problem-solving as things came up.
Running a business meant wearing every hat, making decisions quickly, and keeping things moving even when systems weren’t perfect. That experience shaped how I work today: practical, steady, and focused on what actually helps a business function day to day.
Since then, I’ve continued working in support roles with small teams, helping keep operations organized, information accessible, and daily work easier to manage. I’m comfortable stepping into active environments, learning how things work, and supporting the people responsible for keeping everything on track.
